The Autumn chill is starting to fill the nightly air and that means that the Greatest Homecoming on earth is right around the corner. We know that football is king of the Homecoming weekend, but a new Aggie homecoming tradition has emerged. “THE ALUM BUM GAME”. In 2008, the Bums kept the contest within reach until late in the game when the Aggie youth finally overpowered an aged band of intoxicated hooligans. Last year, the Bums vowed to return and avenge the loss to even the series at one. Every year the game gets more and more exciting as the new Aggie Baseball graduates from the previous year, officially become Alum Bums and engage in battle against their former teammates. Join the ABAA, as we celebrate our 100 plus years of Aggie Baseball tradition on Friday, October 30th , 4:00 PM, at Ted Leonard Park for the Alum Bum game.
